Rich is a certified medical transport executive (CMTE) with more than 25 years of experience in the emergency services industry. With a background in program business development, aviation operation management, and clinical care, Rich understands all aspects of the air medical transport industry. As a business developer for an air medical transport program at a major university medical center, Rich was successful in developing and executing strategies that resulted in over 300% program growth.

Rich leverages his extensive network in the air medical transport industry to the benefit of SME’s clients. He is a member of the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) and has taken an active role in supporting not-for-profit organizations, including East Coast Helicopter Operations (ECHO). Rich has also represented the interests of the industry to federal lobbyists for the North Carolina Air-Medical Association (NCAA).

Kim has served in leadership roles on research teams in areas including data informatics, chemistry, and materials science. She has experience in process creation/implementation, team building, communications, and data management. Prior to founding SME Logistics, Kimberly held technical positions at Saudi Aramco and RTI International, with responsibilities in program management, staff recruiting/management, strategy development, and marketing. She has also worked as an independent consultant, conducting in-depth research to develop next-generation technologies for consumer products.

In her current role at SME Logistics, Kimberly is active in setting strategic goals, developing portfolio and project plans, and identifying marketing opportunities. Kimberly earned her M.S. in Polymer Science from the University of Akron, her B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Youngstown State University and is PMI-certified in Project Management. She currently holds two patents, is an author of nine publications, and has been the recipient of an R&D 100 Award for nanomaterial technologies.

Greg started his career in the home building industry, handling site acquisitions and entitlements for both private and large national builders, but he soon learned his true passion was in retail commercial real estate.

Greg spent over 10 years in the corporate real estate side of the business, handling everything from acquisitions, leasing, contract negotiations, entitlements, construction management, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning for CVS/pharmacy, Chase Bank, and The Sleep Train Group of Companies. This diverse experience has empowered Greg with a keen ability to analyze issues and challenges and then to develop and deploy practical solutions that ensure the success of our projects.

Greg believes that success lies in hard work, loyalty, maintaining complete transparency, and employing a team approach to the business. He is a graduate of California State University Sacramento with a B.S. in Business Administration and emphasis in Real Estate & Urban Land Use, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, has his Construction Project Management Certification from the University of California Davis, and is a long-time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).
